Liisa + Trevor - Report taken from Log Book

Hi All,

Here is a photo taken on Maverick on it's first trip with divers since Breakwater got it, on 23rd March.  We thought we'd Christen the boat with a dive on Grove Point, suitably easy for an early season dive (we thought...).  I dived with Trevor Camp, and as the picture shows the sea was "a bit choppy" (I love the English art of under-statement!)  The viz was about 2-3 m and current surprisingly nippy, which is always exhilarating, and we ended up in a strange circular current at the end of the dive, by Shag Rock, which really felt like being in a tumble dryer - a cold one, though; temperatures were still only 7C (ouch!).
